Document Verification Module
The GVIVE Document Verification System (DVS) is an online platform for verifying business registration documents of organizations registered in Business Registration System database. The system integrates with the Business Registration System (BRS) to assist financial institutions, telecommunication companies’ other institutions that requires verification of business information for their transactions. The system enables real-time verification to manage and avoid the risk of fraudulent activities and to improve customer experience.
Gvive-DVS is a web-based system and as such facilitates easy access through any device connected to the internet. That notwithstanding, the system is secure and accessible only to authorized users. The system replaces paper -based photocopying with an automated system that is easier to archive and audit, cheaper to maintain and provide better protection for personal data than photocopying.

Search
This module allows the financial institution to perform online searches on registered businesses. The result of the search validates that a business is registered or otherwise.
